Before cleaning your carpet

Before cleaning carpets, if we are moving your furniture, make sure all small breakable items are removed from tables, dressers, cabinets etc, remove shoes from closets, carpets and under beds, along with any other loose items and small pieces of furniture.

During Carpet Cleaning

For safety reasons always keep small children and pets off freshly cleaned carpets.   Walking from damp carpets to tiled floors or smooth surfaces maybe slippery.  Please be aware there will be cables and hoses laying along corridors during the cleaning process.

After Cleaning your Carpet

It is best to stay off damp carpet / upholstery as much as possible to avoid soil tracking and to allow the pile to dry in its original state.   Should you need to walk on the carpet, remove shoes to prevent dye from transferring between shoes and carpet.

Oven Cleaning

Please remove all items from worktops.

The floor and worktops will be covered for protection, to stop grease or carbon deposits having contact with floors and worktops.
